My name is Candace Paige, and I am a Licensed Practical Nurse proudly serving Florence and the surrounding Pee Dee communities. With over 15 years of healthcare experience, I have worked closely with patients navigating hospital stays, chronic illness, medication changes, and complex care plans.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again: patients are discharged with instructions, medications change, follow-up appointments are scheduled — and families are left overwhelmed.

That’s why I founded Palmetto Concierge Nurse Services.

I created this service to bridge the gap between hospital and home — providing personalized nursing support, education, and care coordination so families don’t have to manage everything alone.
